      Bio

Dillon Francis came to the public eye after his collaboration with Diplo on the song "Que Que". His song "Masta Blasta" became his first foray into the moombahton genre of electronic music that would eventually bring him worldwide popularity. In 2012, Francis released his breakout tracks "I.D.G.A.F.O.S." and "Bootleg Fireworks", and became the first moombahton artist to top the Beatport chart with his EP Something, Something, Awesome.

While working on his debut album, Francis made a name for himself through performances at festivals like EDC, Coachella, Electric Zoo, and Ultra. After minor delays, the album Money Sucks, Friends Rule was released in 2014 and debuted at #2 on the Billboard Dance/Electronic Albums Chart. However, the album was a departure from his moombahton style, which both appealed to a mainstream audience and alienated some of his longtime fans.

Francis returned to his signature style on his 2015 EP, This Mixtape Is Fire. In 2016, he released "Need You" with NGHTMRE and"Candy" with Snappy Jit. After releasing "Say Less" with G-Eazy in 2017, Francis announced his intention to become an independent artist and return to his moombahton roots.
